Flexible Spending Accounts (Flex) +

Varipro administers Section 125 Flex plans with quick and accurate reimbursements. Employers can request debit cards for ease of administration. Employees receive an accounting with each reimbursement. Employees will appreciate both online and mobile app access to their Flex spending accounts. Employers see the balance in the account, money spent, and remaining balance.

Short Term Disability +

Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) +

A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) can help an employer reduce health insurance premiums by implementing a higher deductible health plan. It can also help employees reduce their out-of-pocket costs.

Unlike a Flex account, employers fund and own their own HRA accounts. Employees receive tax-free reimbursements from this fund for qualified medical expenses, up to a fixed dollar amount per year.

The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) can be a difficult responsibility for employers to administer.
